Main Features:
1 :The main frame of the machine is welded from square tube and profile steel with compact structure, high strength,no deformation and nice appearance and can be freely and easily dismantled and assembled;
2 :The machine has horizontal, vertical and edge cutting devices which can realize 3 Directions cutting of horizontal, vertical and edge cutting;
3 :The wall block EPS cutting machine is integrated with frequency converter to realize a large range (0-4m/min) of stable and step-less speed adjusting, which could meet the requirement of low-speed cutting and high-speed retracting;
4 :Equipped with a whole-block cutting system to greatly improve the production efficiency and size precision, especially suitable for wall panel cutting;
5 : This Wall panel EPS Cutting Machine can cut all kinds of small-sized EPS Blocks in vertical direction.The error in the diagonal size of the cut product is less than 1.0mm.which is suitable for wall outside insulation;
6 :Adopts 10KVA multi-tapped special transformer with wide adjustable range and multiple voltages;
